GES12 – Geochemistry of the Earth’s Surface
12th International Symposium

Geochemistry of the Earth’s Surface

Earth system interactions on a changing planet

(July 24-29, 2022 in Zurich)

List of posters and associated sessions:

GES12 brings together world-leading scientists in all fields of surface geochemistry and environmental geochemistry. The symposium has a strong focus on interactions of the Earth’s spheres: the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere, and how these interactions respond to changing environmental and climate conditions. The overarching theme of GES12 is Earth system interactions on a changing planet.

The symposium aims to strengthen connections between research disciplines and to establish new networks. It features invited plenary talks covering a wide range of cutting-edge research themes. The extensive poster and networking sessions give ample opportunities to discuss newest research highlights and innovations and to visit the exhibitions.

For students and early career scientists, GES12 is an excellent opportunity to connect with global scientific leaders and to learn more about the activities and developments of our non-academic partners.

The 12th GES edition welcomes you in the beautiful town of Zurich at the central campus of ETH Zurich – the leading university in continental Europe according to the QS World University Ranking 2022.
